    The easiest level to get this on is Halo 4, Prologue. It's the intro cutscene for Halo 4, but MCC counts it as a level, so it pops the achievement.

    AVJAM75Great solution. It's worth noting that if you bump the difficulty up to Legendary you'll also get the Bro Hammer achievement as well.

    Moe GZFor some reason, I was able to select the prologue from the chapters select, I started the first option in the "Selection" menu, and it started the prologue.

    Simply by playing and finishing any mission in the game on Heroic difficulty with a friend or Co-op.

    If you are having difficulty, make sure to use Grenades on Elites and Plasma pistol to take out their shields, headshot them right after with a magnum (or any precise weapon) will kill them.

    Completing this achievement will also unlock Standard Operating Brocedure.
